ThetaHealing Courses Cancellation and Refund Policy

The participation fee can be refunded in a proportion of 75% if the cancellation request is submitted in writing at least 10 calendar days before the start date of the event.

In case of requests received less than 10 calendar days before the start of the event, the participation fee becomes non-refundable.

Alternatively, the participant may opt to participate in an event of the same type, organized within a maximum of 12 months from the date of the initial event, subject to availability.

The participation fee is nominal and non-transferable to another person.

Cancellation or Rescheduling of the Event by the Organizer

We reserve the right to modify, reschedule or cancel any event, for organizational reasons, force majeure or other reasons beyond our control.

In the event of an event being canceled by the organizer, participants will have the opportunity to:

participate in a future edition of the same event; or

request a full refund of the amount paid.
